AI Disclaimer
Last updated 20 September 2026
Premium plans include an AI assistant that can answer general nutrition, training and wellness questions and help you think through your plan. It is a language model. It can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken.
Always check important answers
- Treat AI answers as a starting point, not a decision.
- Verify numbers, especially calories, macros and dose figures.
- Bring health questions to a qualified professional.
What the assistant will not do
- Diagnose a disease or condition, or claim certainty about your health.
- Prescribe medication, or tell you to start, change or stop prescribed treatment.
- Present a body-fat estimate as a measurement, or a calorie burn as an exact figure.
- Give unsafe or extreme supplement dosing instructions.
- Support extreme restriction or disordered eating.
The assistant is instructed to say clearly when something is general wellness information rather than medical advice, and to refer you to a professional when a question needs one.
What we send to the AI provider
Requests run on our server, never from your browser with our credentials. We send only the context needed for your question — such as your targets, recent logs or the plan you are asking about — along with your message. You can use the app fully without the assistant.
Fair use
AI requests are counted per account and limited to keep the service reliable for everyone. Your remaining allowance is shown on the assistant screen.
